Ensure that sugar flowers retain their shape before attaching them to cakes or cupcakes. The flower shaper is suitable for shaping and drying slightly larger flowers, allowing you to harden one flower at a time to the perfect shape. What is the set suitable for? For fondant, flower paste or other modeling pastes when detailed edges and structures are desired. How is it used? Cut out the flower or individual petals, emboss filigree edges or leaf veins with a modeling tool, carefully place the flower in the former and arrange the leaves; individual petals are joined together with edible glue as required. Optionally, put some powder paint on household paper and apply it to the inside or the edges with a fine brush; the center can be decorated with egg white icing and pearls. Leave the flowers to dry completely until they have hardened and can be used as decorations. With the flower former, your sugar flowers will reliably retain their structure. If it becomes soiled with color powder or paste, rinse it briefly with a little washing-up liquid.
