Stabilize larger sugar flowers during drying and give them a permanently beautiful shape. What is this set suitable for? For shaping and drying individual, slightly larger flowers and petals made from fondant, flower paste or other modeling clay. The flower shaper consists of four molds, in each of which a larger flower can dry optimally and retain its curved shape. How is it used? Cut out the flower or individual leaves, use the modeling tool or embosser to create fine veins and thin edges and carefully place the flower in the mold. Arrange the leaves, glue them together with edible glue if necessary and add colorful accents with powder paint. The center can be perfectly decorated with egg white icing and pearls. Allow the flowers to harden completely before attaching them to cakes or cupcakes. The 4-part flower shaper does not necessarily need to be cleaned; if it gets dirty, it can be rinsed briefly with a little washing-up liquid.
