Sugar flowers retain their shape when they dry thoroughly in gently curved indentations. The round flower shaper has space for up to 12 flowers and ensures the desired, natural curvature. What is this tool suitable for? For safely shaping and simultaneously drying flowers made from fondant, flower paste or other modeling clay before they are applied to cakes or cupcakes. How is it used? Cut out a flower shape, emboss a pattern with a modeling tool or embosser and thin out the edges - slight tears are possible and still look very real. Carefully place the shaped flower in the former and arrange the petals as required. If desired, paint the inside of the flower or the outer edge with some powder paint on household paper and a fine brush; the center can be decorated with egg white spray glaze and pearls. Leave the flowers to dry until they have hardened and then use them as decorations. The round flower shaper does not necessarily need to be cleaned; if it gets dirty, it can be rinsed briefly with a little washing-up liquid.
