This FunCakes flavouring has a delicious flavour and is ideal for giving a flavour to your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and different fillings.
FunCakes flavourings can be added to batter and are also suitable to bake with. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage, as listed on the package, to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavouring because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, colour E150a, freeze-dried coffee, flavouring, thickener : E440b E407, acidity regulator (E330).

Recommended dosage: 25g per 500g.
