The peach flavoring is ideal for enhancing a wide variety of delicacies and giving them a special touch. The taste of the paste is particularly natural, the consistency of the mixture remains unchanged and the flavour is evenly distributed. The paste consists of at least 95% fruit and is obtained naturally. For a delicious cake, a fresh cream or a fine Swiss meringue, you should always use high-quality flavoring. Instead of a chemical, artificial flavour, this product gives you a subtle, genuine peach flavour for a wide variety of batters. The paste can easily be baked with the cake. This allows you to add a delicious flavor not only to creams and sauces, but also to cake batters and baked fillings. Thanks to its consistency, the flavoring can be evenly distributed in different masses without liquefying them. Due to its intense and natural flavour, a small amount is enough to flavour a fine buttercream for macarons or an entire cake batter, for example. First prepare the desired mixture, for example a vanilla cream or buttercream, a topping, a sauce, a cake or cupcake batter, an ice cream mixture or a chocolate ganache. Then add 2-4 g of flavoring per 100 g of mixture and mix in carefully. Taste the mixture and add a little more flavouring to taste if required. The bottle is made of glass and can be refilled with essences or flavourings once it has been used up. Alternatively, the flint glass including the lid can be recycled.
