With the 4 cm corrugated pointed biscuit cutter set, you can shape three variations of classic pointed biscuits in no time at all. The set is perfect for round pointed biscuits with a corrugated edge and a choice of a square, heart or circle opening in the lid. The set consists of an outer ring and three inserts so that you can cut out the bases and lids efficiently. Chill the dough overnight before use, roll it out 1-2 mm thin the next day and cut out the bases first with the outer ring, then the lids with one of the inserts. Once the biscuits have baked and cooled, you can lightly dust the lids with powdered sugar. Spread the bases with jam, ganache or caramel and put the two halves together. The set is made of food-safe plastic and can be cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
