Colour Mill Oil-Based Food Colouring - Eucalyptus

Would you like to colour your preparations such as chocolate, Ganache or even your whipped cream?

These oil-based food colourings from Colour Mill are ideal for adding colour to your preparations. These fat-soluble colourings are available in several shades and are highly concentrated. A few drops are enough to colour Buttercreams, meringues, cake batters or sugar pastes intensely.

Differences between fat-soluble and water-soluble food colourings

This new generation of fat-soluble colourings is oil-based (Lipo). It is truly high-performance and designed to colour other oil-based products as well. As already mentioned by way of example, chocolate and all its derivatives such as Ganache are typical preparations for the use of these colourings. They are also suitable for all cream- or oil-based products.

Please note: Water-soluble colourings, i.e. colourings on a water base (Hydro), cannot be used for this type of oil-based product, as they do not mix and can even cause the preparation to split. Just as when oil is added to water, the two elements do not combine.

We also offer other so-called "gel colours" that are excellent and heat-resistant for colouring all your non-fatty masses. These are offered to you as combination products and we recommend the brands Progel or Funcakes.
