Before each use, clean the stencil with lukewarm water and dry completely so that no residual water affects the fondant or marzipan. Then lay it flat to avoid deformation. Whether it is the edge of the cake or a flat surface, fix the stencil securely so that it does not slip and spray on the desired colors quickly. Check both sides for paint residue before each reuse. For exact multiple positioning, it is advisable to mark two opposite edge pieces. A particularly practical idea is to coat semi-freddi or homemade ice cream with a thin layer of transparent gelatine after it has completely frozen and then decorate it with the airbrush gun. This allows you to achieve clear contours and clean effects.
