The natural airbrush stencil is ideal for decorating fondant, marzipan, cake edges and frozen desserts such as ice cream and semifreddi. The high-quality stencil made of food-safe plastic is flexible, reusable and easy to wash off. Clean the stencil with lukewarm water before each use and dry it completely, as residual moisture can affect the fondant or marzipan. Store the stencil flat to avoid deformation. When decorating vertical surfaces, hold the stencil securely so that nothing slips. Hold it firmly with one hand and spray the desired colors and effects quickly with the other. A thin layer of transparent gelatine on well-frozen desserts ensures optimum adhesion when decorating with the airbrush. Check both sides before each reuse to avoid unwanted color residue. If you create toppers or decorate them again later, mark two opposite edge pieces so that the position always remains exact.
