Use the sunflower airbrush stencil to conjure up clean sunflower motifs on fondant, marzipan, cake borders and desserts in no time at all. The stencil is particularly suitable for surfaces such as cake edges. Make sure that it does not slip to avoid stains. The sunflower stencil is made of food-safe plastic, is flexible, reusable and easy to wash off. Clean it with lukewarm water before each use and dry it completely, as residual moisture can affect the fondant or marzipan. Fix the stencil securely and then spray quickly with the airbrush colors. Always store the stencil flat so that it retains its shape. Semi-Freddi or homemade ice cream can also be decorated. As soon as they are completely frozen, apply a thin layer of transparent gelatine and then decorate with the airbrush gun. Check both sides of the stencil before each reuse to ensure that no color residue is transferred. If you are working on overlays or recurring motifs, mark two opposite edge pieces to position the stencil exactly.
