With the Callas lily side airbrush stencil, you can create precise and even designs. The stencil is made of food-safe plastic, is flexible, reusable and easy to wash off. It is perfect for fondant, marzipan and cake borders as well as for frozen desserts such as semifreddi and homemade glazes. Before each use, clean the stencil with lukewarm water and dry completely, as residual moisture can affect fondant or marzipan. Then store flat to avoid deformation. When decorating vertical surfaces, hold the stencil securely in place to avoid unsightly marks from slipping. On frozen desserts, first apply a thin layer of transparent gelatine and then spray with airbrush colors.
