The Bibeli airbrush stencil is ideal for detailed designs on cakes, cupcakes and desserts. Precise designs can be created on fondant, marzipan or buttercream surfaces with just a few sprays. Before each use, clean the stencil with lukewarm water and dry completely, as residual moisture can affect fondant or marzipan. Store the stencil flat so that it does not deform. For vertical surfaces, hold the stencil firmly in place or hold it with one hand and spray quickly with the other to avoid slipping and causing stains. Frozen desserts can also be decorated by coating semi-freddi or homemade ice cream with a thin layer of transparent gelatine and then embellishing with the airbrush. Check both sides for paint residue before each reuse. For repeated placements, it is advisable to mark two opposite edges so that the position is exactly right the next time. The stencil is made of food-safe plastic, is flexible, reusable and easy to wash off.
