Prepare the dough according to the recipe, place cut-out biscuits or shaped loaves directly on the foil, place the cake ring on top and bake at up to 270 °C. For sponge cake, we recommend using a second baking tray with baking paper on the cake ring; turn, press down lightly and then leave to cool. What else is the foil suitable for? Also for freezing: Pre-freeze baked goods on the foil and then pack them in bags or an airtight box. Cleaning is a breeze - wipe with a damp cloth or put in the dishwasher, depending on how dirty it is.
