Cake tray Ø 24 cm made of aluminum

The aluminum tray is wonderfully light and at the same time stable enough to safely support even heavier cakes. It does not absorb any flavor and can be placed in the fridge or freezer together with the cake. What is it suitable for? For setting up directly on the plate, for cooling, for easy lifting and for safe transportation of your creations. With the Ø 24 cm aluminum cake tin, you can prepare your cake on the plate right from the start: place a matching cake ring on top. If you want to be able to grip and remove the ring from the outside, choose a slightly smaller one; if the plate is only for stability, the ring can also be slightly larger. If the cake is to be turned before serving, place baking paper on top or place a slice of cake in the ring and then add crispy base, sponge, cream or fruit jelly as desired. How is it used? Once the cake is prepared, simply lift it up by the plate. If the tray is smaller than the cake, be sure to use a second, larger tray to transport a cake that has not yet set, which can be easily slid underneath thanks to the low edge. To spread with cream, buttercream or ganache, place the well-chilled cake and plate on a rotating cake turntable, chill again and transfer to a suitable cake plate shortly before serving. If the tray used is larger than the cake, use a spatula to lift it; if the tray is smaller, the cake can be served straight away with the plate. After use, the Ø 24 cm aluminum cake tray is briefly rinsed by hand and is immediately ready for use again - making cake baking fun. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
