With the 3-piece ladybug cutter set, you can create detailed little beetles for cakes, cupcakes and biscuits in no time at all. Roll out fondant, marzipan, flower paste, Massa Ticino or modelling chocolate to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Lightly dust the work surface with baker's starch for sugar masses or work on a silicone mat. Cut out the motifs with gentle pressure, emboss the dots by pressing the ejector down once and then remove the beetle from the mould. For lively effects, you can create colour gradients with an airbrush. You can accentuate the dots with powder or paste paint, royal icing or a food pencil. Attach the figures to fondant flowers or leaves with a dab of egg white icing.
