Cream together 150 g soft butter, 120 g sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, a little lemon zest and a pinch of salt, gradually add 3 eggs and briefly stir in 150 g flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder. Divide the batter in half, stir 2 tablespoons of cocoa into one half and fill both batters into a piping bag. Then pipe alternately into the greased and floured tin. Place the stems in the indentations provided and cover them lightly with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 10-12 minutes, then dip in chocolate as desired and decorate with sprinkles.
