With the Dulce de Leche aroma paste, 100 g, you can refine creams, doughs and fillings with a subtle, natural dulce de leche flavor that is evenly distributed and can even be baked with. Thanks to its creamy consistency, the paste can be worked in perfectly without the mixture becoming runny. It adds a versatile flavor to buttercream, sauces and cake batters. What is it suitable for? For cakes, macarons with flavored shells and fillings, ganache, ice cream, tarts and cupcakes. Add 35-40 g of the paste to 500 g of mixture, mix thoroughly and adjust the amount to taste. A slightly higher dosage is recommended for baking temperatures above 200 °C, as heat can slightly reduce the flavour. You can also use the Dulce de Leche flavour paste to enhance vanilla creams, toppings and chocolate ganache, ensuring an intense, authentic flavour in all your creations.
