Can I Use the Baking Paper More Than Once?

The baking paper is not intended for permanent use; however, it can certainly be used several times without significant soiling. The sheets are deliberately made thicker and can be used on both sides. After baking, simply turn the sheet over or use the second side, as long as the non-stick coating remains intact and no residue adheres to it.

Up to What Temperature Is the Baking Paper Suitable?

Please do not use the baking paper at temperatures above 200 °C. Within the range below this, it is reliably suitable for baking in the oven as well as for reheating and defrosting food in the microwave.
