Heart baking dish Ø 22 cm, 2-piece, non-stick coated

The Ø 22 cm heart baking tin allows you to conjure up cakes with a heart-shaped center without much effort. It consists of two perfectly matched mold parts that can be baked simultaneously on a rack. The finished cake reaches a height of around 10-15 cm. Thanks to the non-stick coating, the sponge cake can be easily removed from the mold. It is easy to clean by hand with a sponge and washing-up liquid; the material is rustproof and dishwasher-safe. To avoid water marks, dry the mold well after washing. The heart baking tin is particularly suitable for occasions such as birthdays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or other family celebrations where a real wow effect is required. To use, grease both parts of the tin thoroughly and prepare a light or dark sponge cake according to the recipe - colored if desired. Bake both halves at the same time and leave to cool completely. Then fill the cavities with ganache, cream, whipped cream or a fruity filling. The cut looks particularly beautiful when light-colored sponge cake is combined with a dark filling or vice versa. It is best to use a piping bag and smooth the surface. Place both halves in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Then place them exactly on top of each other - the higher shape forms the lower part. Chill the assembled cake for a further 30 minutes. You can then cover it as desired, spread with buttercream and decorate. The Ø 22 cm heart baking tin creates a clearly recognizable heart effect when cut. The finished cake will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.
