Leave it under warm water for a few seconds to warm it up before using it.
A spray of 100 ml allows to cover 2 cakes of 20 - 24 cm in diameter and 4 - 5 cm in height, depending on the thickness of the layer.
The velvet food spray is very volatile. Place yourself in a well-ventilated room and protect your work plan. You can place your entremets in a carton to prevent the spray of food spray from spilling into your room.
