Sweet pink sugar paste for your cake
FunCakes rolled sugar paste (vanilla flavour) is very flexible and smooth. Its fine structure makes the sugar paste easy to work with. The sugar paste only hardens after processing. FunCakes rolled sugar paste is available in different colours.
For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you need approx. 500 g of sugar paste to completely cover the cake. To make decorations, you can add 1 heaped teaspoon of Tylose per 250 g of sugar paste. Knead the fondant well before use and then roll out on a thin layer of baking starch
Ingredients: sugar 79%, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), water, humectant (E422), thickener (E415, E466), emulsifier (E471), coloring (E120), natural flavouring, preservative (E200), acid (E330), colour (E124) : may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of almond.
