Description
A brush for browning your pastries!
This brush is perfect for browning all kinds of pastries: epiphany cake, puff pastry, shortbread, cookies, or different pastry doughs, using a mixture of egg yolk and water, called gilding.
As well as browning, this brush will be very useful for spreading butter or other fats on the bottom of your baking moulds or pans, making them easier to remove from the mould.
This versatile brush can also be used to apply royal icing or food colouring to your desserts.
