Description
This brush wlll be perfect to brown your different pastries: cake of kings, puff pastry, sablés, cookies, choux buns, various pie doughs with a mixture of egg yolk and water beforehand. This is called gilding!
Apart from that, this brush will also be very useful for spreading butter or other materials at the bottom of your plates, pans to allow you to have an easier demolding.
It is so versatile that you can also use it to spread royal icing or food colouring on your desserts.
