Description
One of the essential elements for pastry is to have a measuring cup somewhere, hidden in the lands of our closets :-)! It will allow you an accurate dosage of all your liquids (water, milk, cream ect ect ...).
With the pastry, the more precise and rigorous we are in our weighing and the less we will have bad surprises during the preparation! 5 or 10 ml too much and it can make your pastry very ugly or totally missed.
This will allow you a dosage up to 1 liter.
