Description
This coarse-grained pearl sugar, also known as sugar cassons, is often used for Liège waffles, brioche, biscuits or as a decoration on the famous sugar bread.
These sugar cubes are heat resistant. You can add them or sprinkle them in your preparation before or after baking.
Ingredient: white sugar
Allergens: may contain traces of soya, milk, nuts, sulphites and gluten.
Content: 250gr (grains of Ø +/-10 mm)
Store away from heat and humidity. Avoid thermal shock.
