Add a delicate touch of vanilla to your baked goods with this vanillin sugar. It’s perfect for replacing a small amount of regular sugar in your recipes, giving your creations a subtle and aromatic flavour.
For example, in our strawberry roll (only in French or German), we used vanillin sugar in the genoise to add a light vanilla flavour that complements the taste of the strawberries perfectly.
This sugar can also be used in many other sweet recipes. If you’re planning to make chouquettes, éclairs, or any other light pastry, opt for this pearl sugar. It will not only add a vanilla flavor but also provide a crunchy and enjoyable texture to your desserts.
