Description
This transparent Food lustre spray will be perfect to make your pastries shine.
You can use it on several food: chocolates, sugar paste/marzipan... It will also protect against drought and humidity.
How to use it? All you have to do is put yourself at 25-30 cm, in a well-ventilated place and spray in a thin layer.
Ingredients : Alcohol-based vanilla flavouring, shellac E904, propellant: isobutane propane (E943a, E944, E943b).
Precautions for use: Ready to use. Shake well before use. Spray a thin and homogeneous spray from a distance of 25-30cm with the container as vertical as possible. Clean the valve frequently to avoid drops.
Caution: when using the preparation, it is recommended to wait about 1 hour. It does not change the taste of the food.
