Description
Would you like to make a good vanilla mousse?
Thanks to this Bourbon vanilla paste, your mousse will have a delicious vanilla taste.
You can use this Bourbon vanilla paste in cold or hot mixtures.
For ice creams, bavarois, ganaches, mousses or creme brulee, this paste is the perfect ingredient.
Recommended dosage: 20g per kilo of preparation
Content: 25g
Ingredients: water, fructose, glycerine, Bourbon vanilla extract, vanilla powder, thickener E413, caramel (sugar, water, glucose syrup).
Storage: Protect from heat, light and at room temperature. Avoid thermal shocks.
After opening, keep in a cool place and consume quickly.
