Use : silver and mother-of-pearl: for coatings of confectionery and chocolate decorations; gold, rose gold, ruby, turquoise, blue, violet, lemon green: for decorations of confectionery and pastries. Maximum dosage: turquoise, blue, violet: 3 g/kg of preparation. Dosage of mother-of-pearl, silver, rose gold, gold, ruby: at your own discretion. Maximum dosage of lemon green: 1 g/kg of preparation. If the powder compacts, crush it with a spoon before use.
