Here is a silver sugar paste that will be perfect for decorating your cakes or cupcakes.
Elastic but tonic at the same time, this paste will have the perfect texture for small decorations or mini modelling.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, cocoa butter, corn starch, anti-caking agent: E555, titanium dioxide dyes, vegetable charcoal, thickeners: xanthan gum E415, carboxymethyl cellulose E466, acidity regulator: citric acid E330 , preservative: potassium sorbate E202. May contain traces of fruit, milk, soy and products derived from it.
