If you want to make simple but incredibly elegant desserts, here is the assortment of molds "Universo" in different sizes.
You can either present a "family" dessert or in indivudal portions. These molds will amaze the whole family.
These molds will accompany your desserts throughout the year and for even more elegance, decorate with the "Tourbillon" or the "Bliss".
This assortment of molds can also be used for appetizers or cakes as they are resistant to temperatures from -60°C to +230°C.
The available dimensions are as follows:
- SF043 - Tortina : ø 4 cm x 1.3 cm high - 15 cavities x 20 ml = 300 ml
- SF044 - Tortina : ø 5 cm x 1.4 cm high - 15 cavities x 30 ml = 450 ml
- Universo 90 : ø 6.7 cm x 2.7 cm high - 6 cavities x 90 ml = 540 ml
- SF047 - Tortina : ø 8 cm x 1.8 cm high - 6 cavities x 72 ml = 432 ml
- Universo 600 : ø 14 cm x 4.5 cm high - 1 cavity of 600 ml
- Universo 1200 : ø 18 cm x 5 cm high - 1 cavity of 1200 ml
Material: Silicone
Use: For baking, remove from the mold after the preparation has cooled down completely.
