Used for many years, the springform pans are still a must in every kitchen.
We have all seen our parents or grandparents use springform pans to bake their sponge cake or pies.
But recently, they have also become very useful to assembly our entremets, cheesecakes or Bavarian Cream.
If you use these molds for a baked preparation, we highly recommend you to use the release spray and, if you assembly your entremets, cheesecakes or other preparations that need to be frozen, the rhodoïd, which will prevent the mass from sticking to the wall.
These molds have a movable bottom and are made of non-stick steel and will allow you to spread the heat evenly and thus obtain a perfect baking.
You will have the choice between 4 different diameters:
- ⌀ 20 cm x 6.5 cm high
- ⌀ 23.5 cm x 6.5 cm high
- ⌀ 25.5 cm x 6.5 cm high
- ⌀ 28 cm x 6.5 cm high
You just have to select the desired diameter with the drop-down menu, choose the quantity and add to your basket.

Maintenance: Wash before first use. Hand-wash in warm water and dry thoroughly. Do not use rough sponges. Do not use with blades and metal tools. Always grease the pan to enhance the non-stick performance.
Temperature resistant up to 220°C. Not microwave or dishwasher safe.
