Note that some colors such as red and blue have a little trouble to keep when cooking.
Ingredients: maltodextrin, spirulina extract, stabiliser: D-Trehalose, colouring: vegetable carbon.
Contains: 1 jar of 10 gr of Denim color
Conservation: protect from light and moisture after opening
Directions for use:
- to preserve color, cold use recommended (icing)
- if the powder is compacted, crush it with a spoon
- incorporate directly into the preparation or dilute in a few drops of water
