Here is a natural coloring powder which will be ideal for coloring your creams, icings, ice creams, ...
The advantage of this powder, after its natural origin, is that it won't change the texture of your preparations.
Note that some colors such as red and blue have a little trouble to keep when cooking.
Ingredients: maltodextrin, stabiliser: E414, carrots extract, support: triglycerides, anti-agglomerating: E530, acidity regulator: citric acid, stabiliser: D-Trehalose, spirulina extract, antioxidant: E306, antioxidant: E300, stabiliser: E331(iii).
Contains: 1 jar of 10 gr of sage color
Conservation: protect from light and moisture after opening
