"Rubis" pearly spray

This pearly spray "ruby" is a finishing dye to spray on all kinds of surfaces: sugar paste, marzipan, macaroons, chocolates ect... It will give your pastries a pretty fun and chic side because of its iridescent effect.
It can also be sprayed on a frozen dessert but be careful to respect a distance of 20 to 25 cm. If you go too close, full of small runs not very beautiful can appear!
Composition: ethanol, E172 dye, water, vegetable oil (sunflower), E433 emulsifier. May contain traces of milk, sulphites, soya, nuts.
Instructions for use: shake well before use. Ensure that the bomb has been stored at room temperature (20-25 ° C) for at least two hours before use. Spray in a homogeneous layer on the cold surface to be treated at a distance of 20-25 cm.
