Here is the Caselle whipping preparation on a mixture of milk proteins and vegetable fat. A delicious, high quality vanilla cream mixture that whips up quickly and will not fall apart due to its excellent stability.
It perfectly goes with whipped cream. It increases in volume by up to 3.5 times when whipped. Flavouring and colouring can easily be added. Suitable for siphoning or decorating with a pipe.
This preparation can be frozen and defrosted without any problem. Once whipped it will last up to 24-48 hours on your creation.
Ingredients: water, vegetable oil (fully hydrogenated palm), sugar, emulsifiers E472(b) E322, sorbitol, milk protein, stabiliser E460(i), salt, acidity regulator E331 E339(ii), flavouring agent, colour E160(a).
