The action of the baking powder depends on living micro-organisms, and it is composed of a mixture of additives that also make bread and pastries rise.

Always mix the yeast with the flour before use. Do not mix directly with liquid or hot ingredients.

Ingredients: disodium diphosphate E450i-sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, wheat starch. 

Allergens: may contain traces of egg, milk and nuts.
