Have you made a dessert for a family dinner that you want to decorate in a simple and elegant way?

Thanks to our assortment of mirror glazes, available in different colors, you will easily obtain a mirror glaze worthy of the professionals.
We remain you to pour your glaze on a frozen dessert so that the mirror glaze will set properly. Once your dessert is decorated, you could put it back in the freezer.
These mirror glazes are perfect for your entremets, bavarois, Christmas logs,... and can cover a cake of about 16cm in diameter.
Use: Melt directly in the jar at 45°C (for black, ivory and caramel glazes) or 50°C (for purple, neutral and red glazes) in hot-water bath, then let cool while stirring very gently to 30°C (for black, ivory and caramel glazes) or 45°C (for purple, neutral and red glazes). Be careful not to incorporate too much air or air bubble will appear on the final result.
Ingredient per color:
- Red: glucose syrup, water, sugar, humectant E422 (soy), colorants from plant extracts (apple, safflower, lemon concentrate), acidity regulator E330-E331, modified starch, thickener E440ii, colorant E120, preservative E202.
- Neutral: glucose syrup, water, sugar, humectant E422 (soy), acidity regulator E330-E331, modified starch, thickener E440ii, preservative E202.
- Purple: glucose syrup, water, sugar, humectant E422 (soy), acidity regulator E330-E331, modified starch, thickener E440ii, colorants E162-E133, preservative E202.
- Black: glucose syrup, water, sugar, low fat cocoa powder, humectant E422 (soy), thickener E440ii, modified starch, acidifier E330, preservative E202, flavoring.
Storage: Before opening, store in a cool dry place and protect from light. After opening, keep refrigerated, in its original packaging and must be consumed within 24 hours.
Content: Each jar contains 300 gr of mirror glaze.
