Glucose syrup is an essentiel ingredient used in pastries, confectionery and ice cream.  

It prevents crystallization and provides elasticity and malleability when baking sugar or making ice creams. 

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, sugar, gelling agent (E407), acidity regulators (E330, E270, E325), preservative (E202). For allergens see ingredients in bold. Halal and Kosher certified. Suitable for vegetarians und vegans. 

Storage: Keep away from light in a cool, dry place. Close well after use.
