Description
This white mirror icing is perfect for icing bavarois, mousse or desserts.
You can colour this icing with gel colouring, add glitter powder, etc.
This icing will give a perfect finish! You will have a beautiful, opaque and shiny icing.
How to use:
Heat the icing to 37°C (99°F), mix and then pour the icing over your frozen creation. If necessary, water can be added to the icing.
A 250g pack is perfect to cover a cake of Ø 22 x h 4 cm.
