Fish gelatine in powder form for human consumption.
Gelatin is a gelling / thickening agent used to give Bavarian, moss, charlottes ... It is used for dessert creams, whipped creams or jellies. Its presentation in the form of powder facilitates its dosage.
Ingredients: Fish gelatine(100%)
May contain traces of soy, milk, egg, gluten, nuts, sulphites.
The gelling power of gelatin is measured in "bloom". The higher the number of bloomers on your gelatin label, the greater your gelling power will be.
