Description
Resealable bag of dried glucose syrup of 200 g (dextrose equivalent: 35-42).
Glucose syrup can be used for ice cream or ice cream and partially replaces sugar. It provides higher firmness, better extrusion, longer shelf life, finer crystals and a better mouthfeel.
Dried glucose syrup can also be incorporated into preparations to improve their stability, such as chocolate mousse.
Dosage: 4 to 10% of the total weight.
Ingredients: Glucose dehydrated. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts .
For food use only with. Close tightly after use. Keep away from moisture and heat.
