Description
Re-sealable bag of dehydrated glucose syrup of 200 g (dextrose equivalent: 35-42).
Glucose syrup can be used for ice creams or ice creams, as a partial replacement for sugar. It will allow a great firmness, a better extrusion, an increased shelf life, a greater crystal fineness and a better feeling in the mouth.
The dehydrated glucose syrup may also be incorporated into preparations to improve their stability such as, for example, chocolate mousses.
Dosage: 4 to 10% of the total weight.
Ingredients: Dehydrated glucose. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupine, soy, fish, peanuts, sulphites.
Use only with foodstuffs. Close again after use. Keep away from moisture and heat.
Net weight: 200 g.
