This ready-to-use chocolate-flavoured brown glaze is the perfect way to add a shiny finish to your logs, bavarian cakes and other desserts.
It can be used cold or slightly warmed for greater fluidity.
This 300 g jar will cover a cake 16 cm in diameter.
