Instructions: dilute 300gr of glaze with 20g of water. Heat the pot in a water bath at 50°C (without the lid), mix regularly the preparation with a whisk. The glaze should be poured over your frozen mass once it has reached 45°C!
Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, pectin, sodium alginate, carrageenan, citric acid, sodium citrate, calcium lactate, tricalcium phosphate, potassium sorbate, colorings : E555, E173,E153; flavouring.
