All you have to do is stick this topper on your dessert and let the magic happen!
Tip: Simply inflate and use the provided wire to string your balloons in place. Only insert wire through uninflated part of the balloon to avoid bursting the balloon. Once completed, attach wire to straws at each end and insert into your cake.
