Description
The FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder, also known as Bäckerstärke in German is a very fine potato starch. This powder is particularly suitable for rolling out fondant, marzipan and other doughs. You can also use it to "flour" your silicone moulds for example. The starch will prevent your preparation from sticking.
Preparation: Ideal for the easy rolling out of fondant, marzipan and other doughs. Also suitable for silicone moulds
Tip: Use a filter or a powder bag for a uniform distribution.
Ingredients: potato starch, anticaking agent: E551. May contain traces of: egg, milk, nuts and sulphite. Halal certified.
