Description
The FunCakes whipped cream stabilizer is a sweetened stabilizing powder that keeps whipped cream firm and stiff enough to pipe decorations. No need to add extra sugar to your whipped cream. No need to add extra sugar to your whipped cream.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup (dried), modified starch, gelling agent: E339, E450, E516, E401, thickener: E466.
May contain traces of: egg, milk and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 35 g per 250 ml unsweetened whipped cream.
