Description
Do you want to decorate a cake with whipped cream but are you afraid that everything will melt as you go along? We found for you this whipped cream fixative that will let you decorate your cakes in complete peace of mind and keep it in the fridge for several days.
Practical tip:
The cream base can also be used as a fine powder to be sprinkled over the layers of a cake. By applying it as a primer, it creates a barrier that prevents subsequent layers of fruit from moistening or soaking the base of the cake, guaranteeing a perfect texture right up to the moment you eat it.
Ingredients: dextrose, sodium alginate E401. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, soy.
Contains: 50g
How to use: Pour 50 g caster sugar and 25 cl liquid cream into a bowl. Add 5 g of Magic Chatilly and whisk to the mixer 1 minute.
For foodstuffs: limited use. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not put in the eyes.
Store: Keep away from light and moisture after opening.
