Description
Would you like to decorate your cookie with royal icing? This ingredient will be essential to the good completion of your icing.
The tartar cream powderwill be a stabilizer for your icing or other preparations with beaten eggs whites. Many american recipes use this powder. It is 100% natural and is obtained during the fermentation of the grape juice for the wine.
Dosage: in pectins (for fruit paste for example): 300 g / kg & in decorations, toppings, pastries and confectionery: 5 g / kg.
Ingredients: monopotassium tartrate E366i.
May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, peanuts, soy.
Keep away from light and moisture after opening. For foodstuffs: limited use. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not put in the eyes.
