Don't you feel like making your own pistachio praline?
This praline paste, made from sugar-coated pistachios, will add a touch of deliciousness to your creation.
Roasting the pistachios and mixing them with the sugar produces a beautiful brown-tinted praline paste.
Perfect for accentuating the pistachio flavour in our Babka recipe or our pistachio raspberry Christmas log.
You can also use it in pastries such as macaroons, ice creams, desserts and viennoiseries.
Contains: 200g pistachio praline paste
Suggested use: Mix the paste before use. Once opened, store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Ingredients: pistachios 52.1% (non-EU), sugar 46.5%, dextrose bicarbonate.
May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupin, soya, fish, peanuts, sulphates.
